Rose Jello with Peach Compote

I came up with a way to make a dessert from a peach compote.
The jelly syrup is fine kept at room temperature until you finish.
There's no need to worry about it hardening, it will harden in the refrigerator.
To make it look like a rose, use a wide dish. Recipe by **yuri**

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring the compote syrup to room temperature. Add the water to the gelatin powder, and reconstitute.
- 2
Slice the peach from the compote, arrange the peace slices in a circle starting from the center out in the shape of a rose.
- 3
Dissolve the gelatin, add the compote syrup, and mix well.
- 4
Fill the container 1/3 up with the gelatin mixture, then chill in the refrigerator for an hour until hardened.
- 5
Carefully place the rose-shaped peach slices on top of the hardened jelly using a rubber spatula, or similar implement, fill the dish halfway with the gelatin mixture, then harden.
- 6
Garnish with mint leaves. When the serving dishes are filled to the top with the 2 batches of gelatin mixture and hardened, they are ready to be served!

Jiggly Strawberry Jello Jiggly Strawberry Jello
I always make strawberry jam around April. When I have any leftover syrup, I stock them up to serve with steamed bread or to make sweets and desserts That's when I made this pretty strawberry jelly It's so jiggly.I didn't use a mold, but if you want to, increase the amount of gelatin (in that case, it won't be so jiggly). Be careful because the jelly will gradually become firm when it's chilled for too long. For 2 servings. Recipe by Shirufi- cookpad.japan -

I used to simmer the strawberries briefly to make jelly, but I wanted to come up with a way to make berry-colored jelly that tastes even more fresh. Here's a variation without cooking the strawberries. I based this on"Strawberry Preserve-Jam".I had 50 ml of syrup in Step 2. Please adjust the amount of water to add in Step 3 so that in total the mixture comes out to be 200 ml. For 5-6 servings. Recipe by Usagi no Cima cookpad.japan -
