Cooking Instructions

Gather all your ingredients
Peel the potatoes and clean them.
Boil with water. - 2
Add in Githeri and continue boiling until potatoes are cooked.

If the food have excess water, strain it in a clean bowl and preserve it cause you might use it later.
Start mashing until everything is incorporated and all potatoes is completely mashed. - 4
As you mash, chop onions and fry in enough oil.

Pour the onions in mukimo and continue mashing.

Serve as desired.
Goes well with any stew.
