Ingredients

  1. 1 kgnjugu, boiled
  2. 2 kgpotatoes, peeled and washed
  3. Oil
  4. Onion
  5. Tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the potatoes and the njugu in a pot of water and bring to boil.

  2. 2

    Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them together till they blend.

  3. 3

    In another pot, add oil and onion.

  4. 4

    Allow to cook till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes and allow to cook.

  6. 6

    Add the mashed ingredients and continue to mash.
