Cooking Instructions

Boil 1/2 jug of water for 10 minutes

After boiling water put the indomie in a bow and transfer the water to it add the sorce and salit leaving it for 5 minutes to cook.

In a clean sufuria boil the 1/2 kg meat for 5 minutes or so.

After you have boiled the meat take another sufuria chop your onions and fry half of them until golden.

Put tomatoes in the fried onions cook for 1 minute then but coriander and potatoes and one class of water make sure your heat is minimal that it can't burn the food.cook for 20 minutes

Getting back to the already cooked indomie trasfer them to a plat leaving the water in the bawl.

After 29 minutes of cooking transferring the boiled meet of the mixture of potatoes, coriander and potatoes then add the remaining onions and some little bit of onions and salt and the red food coloring then cook for 10 minutes.

Serve while hot.

The shiro-an is made with "Po"'s recipe with less water, that I always have stocked in the freezer.If you are using homemade shiro-an and/or the shiro-an you're using is watery, I recommend microwaving it for 2-3 minutes in Step 1 to evaporate off the excess moisture. The nerikiri sticks to the spoon and becomes harder to handle when it cools down, so work quickly while it's still hot. If you flatten the ume plum flower it will be like one in bloom, and if you make it round it will be like a flower bud.
