Ingredients

  1. 8large potatoes
  2. Salt
  3. Oil for frying
  4. For the sauce
  5. 2lemon juice
  6. Salt, puossin chili powder,red chili powder, butter/blueband
  7. Bread crumbs optional

Cooking Instructions

    Peel wash and cut the potatoes, wash and dry

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with salt mix well and fry until well fried

  3. 3

    For the sauce, to the pan add butter 1cup, 3tbsp poussin chili powder, add ¼tsp red chili powder,squize lemon juice, and bring to heat, melt it and add salt to taste, you can add breadcrumbs, if you want, add the chips and toss it

  4. 4

    Garnish with finely chopped coriander and spring onions
