Simple Salad 🥗 2
A very simple last minute salad 🥗.
Cooking Instructions

Remove lettuce leaves from head. Wash leaves thoroughly to remove sand and other dirt.

Cut into thin shreds. Wash again and drain in a colander. Set aside.
- 3
Wash carrots and grate. Do not scrape it because the skin has nutritional value. Set aside.
- 4
Cut onions into small cubes. Wash, drain and set aside.
- 5
Drain canned sweet corn.
- 6
Remove baked beans from can.
- 7
Assemble all ingredients in a tray or plate, with the lettuce as base. Decorate with the rest of the ingredients as desired. Drizzle salad cream on top.

Serve with rice or pasta dish or consume as it is.
