  2. 1 boxbaby butter head lettuce, wash and shredded
  3. 1 largecarrot, peeled of the skin and cut in to one inch or as your desire.
  4. 1 bunchbroccoli, cut in to florets and boil for 1 minutes in salted water
  5. 1 cupblack olive cut in to half
  6. 1/2 packagesfeta cheese, cut in to small piece
  7. For the dressing
  8. 1 tbsphoney
  9. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  10. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  11. dashsalt and pepper
