Boil beef for 10 mins. Then remove fats and scums. Wash then boil again for 30 mins.

Ih hot wok add cooking oil. Then sautee shallots. Sautee until fragrant then add in tomato and beef.

Sautee and simmer, after that pour celery.Mix well then season with soy sauce.

Cover and cook until celery are half done. So that it is crunchy.
Serve.
