Dumpling Wrapper

Cheryl Anne Usherwood @Louisessister
Goodness gracious, if you want a arm workout then try this. I must admit, in future I will definitely be buying my wrappers because this is a ton of work.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift flour. Dissolve salt in water and then gradually mix the flour and water together.
- 2
Once mixed, leave it covered for 15 minutes. Then start to knead till you get a smooth dough.
- 3
Cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes minimum.
- 4
Cut into sections then roll out the dough till it’s close to paper thin. Then cut out circles. Remember to keep parts you’re not working with covered so it doesn’t dry up.
- 5
Once you have your wrappers, you may use them immediately or freeze them. All done 😋.

Chicken dumplings
My recent mantra has been “there’s food at home”, just my attempt to encourage eating at home, channeling my creative juices to make my restaurant favorites at home. Over the past 3months, I have hosted about six times and I went all out for all these lunches and dinners - starters, mains and desserts included. A lot of times leaving guests stunned as a three course meal at home defy expectations in this part of the world (and maybe in a lot of places). I was just happy to surprise and delight my hosts with a wholesome experience that they can hopefully recreate in their homes. While I haven't had the chance to share these moments yet, stay tuned for upcoming posts where I'll unveil the highlights of my hosting marathon – let's have some fun with it together!Happy new year my darling CookPad family. I love you all😘

2 minute Chocolate Mug Cake
This is the perfect dessert for two… or one. It’s very filling and so if you can, try to eat just one in one sitting... This is a microwave cake. You mix together a few ingredients in a mug/small bowl for 1-3 minutes. My microwave takes about 2 minutes to fully cook this cake but you should know that microwaves differ so the time really depends with the microwave. If you don't use a microwave you can bake it in the oven, but that will take longer. If you’re going to bake, you might as well make [oven] cupcakes instead 😚Also, if you don't want to eat straight out of the mug, be sure to oil/butter your mug first and then wait for it to cool before removing it.
