Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  3. 1/4 cupwarm water
  4. 1onion sliced
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1/4 kgmeat
  7. 1ripe tomato
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Black pepper
  10. Paprika
  11. Spring onions
  12. Carrots
  13. Dhania

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the flour salt and warm water in a large bowl.

    Roll the dough on a flat surface until smooth

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into smaller parts

  4. 4

    Flour the pieces on a flat surface and roll out the pieces into thi n circles

  5. 5

    Set aside

  6. 6

    Cook the meat in a pan on medium heat

  7. 7

    Add spring onions, carrots salt and pepper

  8. 8

    Set aside to cool

  9. 9

    To assemble the dumpling, add one tablespoon of the cooked meat onto the centre of the wrap. Fold your finger using your finger and water if need be

    Heat oil over medium pan. Cook dumplings until well browned.

    Once cooked set aside. Add remaining onions tomatoes and a splash of water. Add in remaining spices too.

    Add the dumplings back in and cover with a lid.

    Cook for about 3 minutues and serve while still hot garnished with dhania

  14. 14
