They even know what’s in it and like helping making it ... this recipe is for one severing for a personal blender, not a big blender. Now I do split this one for 2 kids , but they are starting to ask for the whole cup . Wow 😳 right... 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

GREEN n CLEAN Smoothie GREEN n CLEAN Smoothie
This is my first "green" smoothie recipe. Did you know almond milk has 50% more calcium than conventional dairy milk? Fresh spinach is a wonderful "green" to add for its nutritional value AND it stays fresh for a long time in the refrigerator! sandra53 -

Mango & Coconut smoothie Mango & Coconut smoothie
This is a really delicious and filling breakfast smoothie, one to try if you're a fan of more exotic flavours.A few weeks back, I finally took the plunge and ordered a NutriBullet. After seeing so many tempting instagram snaps and Pinterest recipes, I couldn't resist. About the same time, the Almond Board of California got in touch with me to ask if I'd like to take their 21-day Snack Happy Challenge (http://www.almonds.co.uk/snack-happy-challenge). The stars had aligned perfectly.I've been snacking on a handful of almonds every day this month, and including them in my favourite smoothie recipes. Why almonds?• A handful of almonds (30g) provide approximately 65% of your daily requirement of vitamin E.• Almonds are a high source of fibre, are packed with healthy, unsaturated fats and are a natural source of protein.• Almonds are rich in calcium, which is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.• Almonds are a high source of magnesium, which contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.• Almonds provide linoleic acid, which contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.• Just a handful of these noble nuts is all you need to up your daily nutrient intake. Pop them in your handbag to snack on-the-go in your moments of need. Lottie Storey -

Energizing Green Smoothie with Avocado Energizing Green Smoothie with Avocado
Nutritional facts of avocado:Avocado is called the "butter of the forest." It is filled with unsaturated fats and can help lower cholesterol. It is also useful in preventing arteriosclerosis and aging. Nutritional facts of spinach:Spinach is filled with a balance of many nutrients, such as beta-carotene and iron.Just adding a small amount of avocado will make the smoothie creamy. But if you add too much, it will have that distinctive raw vegetable smell, so be careful. Seeds from citrus fruits are bitter, so remove them from the lemon before using.Blend the apple with the peel and the seeds. Recipe by Green sumu-ji- cookpad.japan -
Green Smoothie for Breakfast Green Smoothie for Breakfast
I heard that it's really good for your health to have just fruit for breakfast, but I though to add in vegetables which are also so good for you and came up with this smoothie that is really easy to drink. This recipe produces a large amount, so you'll feel full until lunchtime if you have this for breakfast. If it's too thick to drink, add some more water. If you'd like it a bit sweeter, add some honey. For kids, it's easier to drink if you reduce the amount of spinach and increase the amount of banana.
