Presenting healthy smoothie which is a twist to Milk , it is a nutritious and delicious smoothie loaded with dates and almonds along with full cream milk.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1.5 cupfull cream milk
  2. 6-7Dates
  3. 7-8Almonds (soaked overnight)
  4. 2-3 tspHoney
  5. 2 pinchCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Assemble ingredients, soak dates in 1/2 cup milk for 2 hours. Peel almond skin and keep aside.

    In a blender jar add soaked dates along with milk + almonds + 1/2 cup milk and blend till smooth.

  3. 3

    Add remaining milk + honey + cardamom powder and blend very nicely.

  4. 4

    Smoothie is done
