Ingredients

  1. 2granny smith apples
  2. 2bananas
  3. 500 mlmilk
  4. 50 mlhoney

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean up all your fruits thoroughly. And chop them in tiny bits.

    Warm your milk(I prefer mine warm) you still can use cold milk.

  3. 3

    Add milk to the blender add the fruits. Pulse then blend on high.

  4. 4

    Serve with some oats for a healthy breakfast
