Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1banana
  2. 1 cupdiced ripe mango
  3. 2 cupscold thick coconut milk
  4. 2 tbspoats
  5. 2 tspchia seeds
  6. 2 tspgrated coconut
  7. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  8. 2 tspchopped pistachio or nuts of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice banana and add it to a blender.

  2. 2

    Peel and chop ripe mango and add to the blender.

  3. 3

    Add oats, cardamom powder and coconut milk.

  4. 4

    Blend till you get a smooth consistency.

  5. 5

    Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. At this stage you can opt to chill the smoothie in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

    Top with chia seeds, coconut and pistachio and serve.

    Tips: If you need to serve the smoothie immediately you can add a few cubes of ice. Freeze chopped mango and use it in the smoothie whenever required.
