First of all, take wheat flour, add salt and oil to it, mix well, add water as needed and make a roti flour. Then make two small thin loaves. Apply ghee on one roti and place another roti on it and gently spread it with vellan. (Atmana can be taken if required)

Now heat the pan, place the prepared roti on slow flame and roast both sides for a few seconds, taking care not to get dark spots.

Take it down and immediately separate the two layers and keep it wrapped in a cloth and covered in a container. So that it does not dry and remains soft.
