Crunchy spicy delicious noodle spring rolls. Best served with hot sauce/ketchup.
Cooking Instructions

Boil and drain the noodles without adding the seasoning

On medium heat, put a pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Add garlic and chili for a minute.
Add onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the cabbage and carrot and cook until soft

Add the noodles, with the seasoning, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and the filling is ready.

Have the filling and the wrap ready.
Place 1 tablespoon or more of the filling on the wrap, depending on the size of your wrap.

Roll as shown and secure it with the flour ‘glue’

Heat some oil in a frying pan and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve warm with hot sauce of your choice.
