String Beans/Long Beans (Chawli) and Potato Subji

This Subji accompanies with brinjal is perfect.
But today brinjal is not available in my fridge so I added Potato and tomato..
The end of the story is the subji which I made was yummy and delicious..
Cooking Instructions

Cut the upper and lower part of string beans and cut in small pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut in small cubes.
Wash the vegetables and drain out the water.now cut the tomato in small cubes and add with it. - 2
In a pressure cooker add oil, mustard cumin and carrom seeds to crackle,then add asafoetida.
Add veggies and salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder.
Mix well,now add water,mix again.and close the lid,cook till 3 whistles. - 3
When the Cooker cools down,open the lid,mix again and transfer in to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve..
Enjoy with Chapati..🤤👌
