Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and rinse with clean water.chop in desired shapes. I chose round shapes.

    Prepare the ginger garlic paste by grating. Chop the dhanias too

  3. 3

    In a large bowl..add a cup gram flour, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic and mix.

    Add the cup of water to make a consistency like that of pancakes. Add tumeric and dhanias

  5. 5

    Add in your chopped potatoes and mix together.

  6. 6

    Heat oil In a pan over medium heat

  7. 7

    When hot enough, add in the potatoes mixed with the bhajia mixture and fry till golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy while still hot with ukwaju!
