Cooking Instructions

Clean and Prepare all the ingredients and make paste of the ginger and garlic

In the bowl with the meat add chilli powder, salt, ginger and garlic both paste and powder mix well and refrigerate for about 4 hrs

In a cooking pan under a medium source of heat add the marinated meat and let it cook for about 15-20minutes with its water until it dries up as you mix them in 5 minutes intervals, add cooking oil and fry as you mix for about more 5minutes

Add chopped onions, fry for about 3 minutes as you mix

Add chopped coriander mix and switch off the source of heat
- 6
It's ready to serve with your favorite accompaniment maybe ugali or rice! Enjoy!
