Ingredients

  1. Halfcarrot,minced
  2. 5shallots,minced
  3. Spring roll wrapper
  4. 1little salt and black pepper
  5. 1 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix well all the ingredients except the wrapoer.

  2. 2

    Lay flat wrapper and add one tsp of tje mixture and roll.

  3. 3

    Seal with water at the end or edge of wrapper

  4. 4

    Heat oil in wok and fry it in medium heat
