In large pot fill with cold water and set eggs in making sure water covers eggs

Turn burner on high and set timer for 20 minutes

The water should be at a full boil at around 10 minutes

When time is up pour off most of the hot water while running it under cold water

Once water is cold put ice on top as fast as you can

Let rest at least 10 minutes

Peal eggs and cut in half

Gently pop out yolks into a bowl
- 9
Mix remaining ingredients except paprika
- 10
Fill mix into whites
- 11
Dusk with paprika

Remember older eggs hard boil the best new eggs poach the best.
