Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 60 gimitation crab
  2. 20 gonion
  3. 10 gcelery
  4. 1egg
  5. 2 tablespoonsbreadcrumbs
  6. 1 teaspoonmayonnaise
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil (for frying)
  8. To taste ☆sour cream (optional)
  9. 1/8☆lemon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion and celery, and shred the imitation crab.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for the olive oil and items marked with ☆.

    *If the mixture is too loose due to the size of the egg, adjust with breadcrumbs.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and shape the mixture from step 2 with a spoon as you add it to the pan. Cook until both sides are browned.

    Serve on a plate and enjoy.

    Note: I tried serving it with sour cream.
