Ingredients

  1. 1 cancrab meat or 1 package imitation crab sticks
  2. 1/2 cupmilk (125 ml)
  3. 2green onions
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. zest of one lemon
  7. dill
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. flour or breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the crab meat in a food processor until it becomes a paste.

    Finely chop the green onions and garlic. If desired, process them in the food processor as well.

    Mix the crab meat with the remaining ingredients.

    Add enough flour or breadcrumbs to form a thick batter.

    Use a spoon to shape the mixture into cakes and fry in hot oil.

    Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
