This is my moms recipe. This is the cornbread I grew up with.

Pan I used is a 7-1/2×3-3/4×2-1/4 it make two loafs

I revised the ingredients in this recipe.This dough is a bit sticky, so in Steps 5 and 6 I left the dough positioned vertically.Grate orange section of the orange rinds only.
