I had this a couple of weeks ago at Mister Wok and had to make it at home which was surprisingly easy.

I love the simplicity of salads and how crunchy and fresh they are. So simple to make and takes little time too!

Side salad always makes your meal complete. Remember you can as well have it on its own as a meal esp those who we are watching on our diet. All local ingredients used. Give it a trial.

Fresh veges does it for me... you can use the other bell peppers to enhance the color and presentation
