Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1big avocado
  2. 1cucumber
  3. Lettuce
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1big onion
  6. 10 mlvinegar
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  8. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop onions and soak in salty water for 5mins (to reduce bitternes) then drain the water

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a pan and toss in in the letucce for 2mins

  3. 3

    Cut cucumber, avocado and tomatoes into cubes

  4. 4

    Assemble all ingredients in a bowl

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some salt and add the vinegar, toss them all together

  6. 6

    Sprinkle black pepper and enjoy
