Ingredients

5-6 hours
4 Pheasant breast filleted
  1. 1medium onion chopped
  2. 1 can (4 oz)sliced mushrooms drained
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 4 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  5. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1garlic clove diced
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  9. Paprika to taste

Cooking Instructions

5-6 hours

    In a large crockpot place you fillet pheasant breast, onion and mushrooms.

    In a large bowl pour in chicken broth and mix in flour. Then add Worcestershire, garlic, soup and seasonings.

    Cover and cook 5 hours on high in crockpot. Enjoy!
