  1. 1/2 kgground beef
  2. 1 bunchspring Onions chopped
  3. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  4. 1eggs
  5. 1/2 cupBreadcrumbs
  6. 4 clovesGarlic
  7. Tomato paste
  8. Coriader chopped
  9. Salt
  10. for the sauce
  11. 2Onions
  12. 1/2 tspCurry
  13. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  14. Paprika
  15. 3tomatoes
  16. 1 tbspnBarbeque sauce
  17. Coriader to garnish
  18. Salt
  19. 1/4 cupbroth(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Prep all your ingredients

    In a large bowl mix everything together and once the dough is fully incorporated scoop small amounts of meat and roll n press to form balls.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry turning to evenly brown all sides..place them in a bowl with a paper towel to drain excess oil.

    In the same pan saute the onions, add ginger,garlic paste. Add the spices then tomatoes. Add the tomato paste and barbeque sauce cook for 3 mins then add the meatballs and broth..simmer for 10 mins on medium low heat. Garnish with coriander.
