Ingredients

  1. 1brocolli
  2. 4potatoes
  3. 1/2red capsicum
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1chapati cooked
  6. 1diced white onion
  7. Salt
  8. Cooking oil
  9. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Clean your brocolli well in running water. Slice it into desired sizes.

  2. 2

    Peel your potatoes, clean them and slice in round shapes.

  3. 3

    Heat your pan and add a little oil, let it heat for some time.

  4. 4

    Add your diced white onion. Let it cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add your tomato and diced capsicum and a pinch of salt to taste. Once cooked add your round potoatoes. Mix together and cover for about 6 minutes.

    Add your brocolli and a little water. Cover for about 5 minutes. Mix well together. Ensure your potatoes are fully cooked before setting aside.

    Serve with chapati or Rice. Enjoy.
