Ingredients

  1. 3eggs broken and beaten
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 10 mloil
  6. 1small hoho cut into tiny cubes
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan put oil. And heat, add onions fry until slightly brown.

    Then add the chopped hoho, and cook for a few minutes then add tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes become soft. You can cover the Sufuria to fasten the process. Add salt to taste.

    Then add the egg while mixing, do not allow the egg to burn so stir at all times.

  4. 4

    Cook for 10 minutes then serve.
