Ingredients

  1. 250 gbeef
  2. 1/4small cabbage
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 2small onions
  5. cooking oil
  6. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up and boil the beef for 15 minutes as you dice the ingredients.

    Put the onion(1) in the beef stew and 30ml cooking oil and stir for 2 minutes.

    Add the tomatoes and cover for 3 minutes. Stir as you crash the tomatoes. Add the dhania. Add 2 pinches of salt and 1/2 cup water then cover for 5minutes.

    Turn off the heat and set aside. Place the onions in a sufuria and add 40ml cooking oil.

    Add the tomatoes and stir and cover. After2 minutes crash the tomatoes and add the chopped cabbage and 2 pinches salt.

    Add 1/4cup water and cover until the cabbage is cooked then serve.
