Steps

First make deep cuts with knife on chicken pieces.

Take a bowl., add lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder, mix it well

Now apply this mixture on chicken pieces.Rub it well Now leave it for whole night.

Take Yogurt add all spices Salt, Crushed chilli powder,Black pepper, cumin,coriander and fenugreek powder and red food color.mix it well

Now marinate chicken with this mixture.. leave it for 20 or 25 minutes

Now heat up the grill (YOU CAN MAKE IN OVEN ALSO)

Put chicken on BBQ grill sticks..& cook from both sides

After few minutes apply peanut butter.

Cook till it tender

Serve it with mint sauce & Salad
