Ingredients

70 minutes
3 serves.
  1. 1whole chicken
  2. 15 mlsoil
  3. 1large onion
  4. 3large tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsproyco
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken into sizeable sizes.

    Wash and put to boil with salt.

  3. 3

    Boil for 45 minutes and after 45 minutes start frying the chicken.

  4. 4

    Put oil in a pan and heat. Then add in the diced onions. Fry until slightly brown.

    Add in sliced tomatoes and stir. Stir for a few minutes then add in the a quarter cup of water and salt to taste.

    Then start to put in the chicken slices one by one.

  7. 7

    Do not pour the chicken broth instead use it for chicken soup.

    Stir and allow to boil for 15minutes then serve with Ugali or rice

  9. 9

    I preferred rice. Enjoy.
