Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 4 cupsafang leaves
  2. 600 gwaterleaf
  3. 1/2beef
  4. 1/2meat stock
  5. 300 gsoftened stockfish
  6. 1/4friedfish
  7. 1/4cowfish
  8. chilli pepper to taste (optional)
  9. 1 cupground crafish
  10. stock cubes or royco
  11. 1/2 cuppalm oil or olive
  12. 1onion bulb
  13. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil meat till soft,add the already washed stock fish,cow skin and dried fish. Cook tillage water dries to quantity of the cup.

    Add the waterleaf and cook for three mins

  3. 3

    Stir and add afang leaves,crayfish and Palm oil.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5mins and add the stock cubes,pepper and salt.

  5. 5

    Let it simmer for 2 mins and its ready. Enjoy
