California Farm Rabbit Meat Stew California Farm Rabbit Meat Stew
2023 is the Chinese Year of the Rabbit. Young Rabbits are as much fun to raise as chickens, just as easy to process and cooked in broth the same way and in the same time as chicken. Young rabbits weight 3 pounds, older rabbits are 6 pounds, they will taste like wild game. We like our rabbits gamey. For back yard families, you can raise 300 pounds of meat a year, without spending any more cash after an initial outlay of $150 for hutches and breeder rabbits. Pork Stew Pork Stew
This is like a lamb stew, made more econimcally with inexpensive cubed pork shoulder (a better substitute than beef, in my opinion). If you can't find cubed pork shoulder, you can cut up pork tenderloin or pork butt. Of course, you can use lamb or beef if you've got it, or if you don't eat pork. harlequinn823 -

Irish Stew Irish Stew
I love Irish Stew, but not with Guinness. I came up with this a few years ago, and it has gone over very well with family and friends since. Lamb may be substituted for beef. Scott Fleury -

Hamburger Stew Hamburger Stew
I'm native american, grew up on a rez - this is a favorite dinner staple. My sister's the queen of soups, so with her tutelage, I made a pot by myself ❤Idk if you've ever seen the joke/meme about Natives or Mexicans not using exact measurements, but that's exactly what this entails. You measure with your heart/soul y'all. (Except the pasta in this case.) Teodora T. -
