I had cheese and cucumbers that needed to be eaten and remembered seeing a similar recipe of "Cucumber Boats", tweaked it to make it my own.
Cooking Instructions

Peel cucumber. Cut into three equal parts and then half. Hollow out halves to make a sort of bowl

Mix cream cheese and onions and then fill in the space of the cucumbers using a spoon

Fry deli meat (I used Turkey Breast with these ones) and then slice into strips. Slice into smaller pieces if desired. Layer meat on one side of each cucumber half, close, cut into bite-size pieces, if desired and serve.

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
