I love to get coffee at a coffee shop but they never have 2 combinations. So this is a quick and simple ice coffee recipe i came up with to keep your taste buds jumping for more and your day happy :)

I tried using some leftover peanut cream instead of sugar.The amounts you need will vary depending on the size of the cup. If you prefer it a little sweeter, add sugar. Recipe by NAGANO kurume

I baked this for my son and a friend both of them loved it so much. I felt happy even if it's not coated with the cream. The texture and the taste is so different that you really need to bake it to feel what I felt.

Mixture may separate quickly, use a straw or swizzle stick to stir as you enjoy. Also, you may add unsweetened flavorings such as Chocolate or Peanut Butter. Also, may be garnished with unsweetened Whipped Topping.

As I get older I've noticed I have less muscle mass & feel I need more protein so I try to make different drinks & include protein. I like vanilla protein but if you want the benefit without flavor there's plain also. Feel free to omit if protein is not your thing.

I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary.
