This recipe is similar to that of the restaurant I work at, but I've tweaked it a bit to suit my taste.

This kind of came about as an experiment. I decided to mix the ingredients together and see how it would taste. I have to say it is absolutely amazing! The bacon gives everything great flavor.

I suppose if you can't find roasted garlic and bacon dressing any kind of ranch would do.the only reason I use roasted garlic and bacon dressing was because I didn't have any mayo. And I think I like it better with the dressing

This is a recipe that uses up a lot of cucumbers. I wanted to make a western style salad that went well with pasta, so I combined some ingredients I usually have on hand.The sautéed bacon and olive oil becomes the dressing. It goes best with the cucumber if you think it's a bit too salty. The cucumber loses its raw flavor, and it becomes a very tasty salad. Great as a drinking appetizer! For 2 servings.
