4 sliceBacon
1 mediumYellow Onion
1as needed Cider Vinegar
1as needed Salt and Pepper
1as needed Arugula

Steps

You can't go wrong with onion and bacon.

Cauliflower, pared and steamed.

Good ol' Bragg's cider vinegar to make a lazy vinaigrette of the bacon fat.

Toss in the cauliflower.

Add a little green.

Toss and season.

Consume.
