  1. 4Celery Stalks
  2. 2 tbspVinegar-preferably a friut vinegar like apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 tbspHoney
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 2Ripe Pears-preferably bartlett pears
  6. 1 cupCheddar Cheese
  7. 1/2 cupPecans
  8. 1pepper to taste
  9. 1Butterhead Lettuce

Cooking Instructions

    Soak celery in a bowl of ice water for 15 minutes. Cut into half inch pieces

  2. 2

    Whisk vinegar, honey, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add pears until coated. Add celery, cheese, and pecans. Mix throughly.

    Place washed lettuce in bowls and cover with the pear and celery mixture.
