Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbuttermilk, low-fat
  2. 1/2 cupblue cheese, reduced fat, crumbled
  3. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  5. 3pears, sliced
  6. 5 ozbaby spinach
  7. 9 ozromaine hearts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix buttermilk, blue cheese, garlic and pepper together
    .

  2. 2

    Toss with spinach and lettuce and fruit. Top with fresh ground black pepper (optional).
    If you aren't worried about points crushed nuts make a great topper!

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more.
