Wanted a smoothie that taste good but was low fat and fills me up. The oatmeal adds fiber to keep you full longer.

Wanted a smoothie that taste good but was low fat and fills me up. The oatmeal adds fiber to keep you full longer.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfrozen Blueberries
  2. 1 cupcanned or fresh Pineapple
  3. 1Banana frozen
  4. 1/2 cupor 1 pack of instant oatmeal
  5. 1 cupwater or fruit juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender or nutrabullit and mix until smooth.

  2. 2

    If it turns out too thick add more water or juice and blend again. I use water but any fruit juice works or you can use juice from the pineapple.
