Banana and vanilla french toast

Cooking Instructions

For french toast: Wisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.

Preheat non-stick frying pan or griddle on medium heat.

Dip bread in the egg mixture. (Be sure not to soak too long or bread will become soggy), and place on pan or griddle.

Brown the bread on both sides.
- 5
For topping: In small pan add vanilla extract, sugar and banana slices.
- 6
Turn stove top on medium heat until it simmers. Let simmer for one or two minutes.

Pour topping over french toast and enjoy!
