Ingredients

2 pax
  1. 150 grice
  2. 3eggs
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Cucumber
  9. Water
  10. Capscum

Cooking Instructions

    Boil some water, add salt and oil

  2. 2

    Sort the rice clean and add into the boiling water and cook

  3. 3

    Clean all vegetables, slice the cucumber and tomatoes to prepare the salad

  4. 4

    Fry the onions till brown, add the remaining tomatoes and cook well

  5. 5

    Whisk the eggs aside and add some salt

  6. 6

    Add the eggs and stir for around 5 minutes, add the capsicum cubes.

  7. 7

    Serve
