Carrot salad, boiled egg and boiled rice

Ingredients

  1. 2carrots
  2. 1/4pineapple
  3. 1 cuprice
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and grate the carrots and set aside

  2. 2

    Peel the pineapple, and cut into small cubes, mix all together with the carrots, serve.

  3. 3

    Boil water with salt untill it bubbles, add the prepared rice and oil,let it cook slowly, until is ready,while the rice cooks,boil your egg,in hot boiling water for 5 mins, remove from the heat, and let it cool for 5 mins, in cold water,remove the shell and serve.
