My son loves this, plus among the few things I can make that his dad can't.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite size and fry in shallow oil

Add onions till a pink colour and add tomatoes and tomato paste until well combined
- 3
Get a little sauce going add garlic and let simmer till forms ribbons on a wooden spoon
- 4
Add peanut butter and let simmer for 5-10 mins depending on reduction
- 5
Add coriander and serve warm over a bed of rice or naan
