Ingredients

1 packetspagetti
Salt
9 piecesFresh tomatoes
1big Onion
1 tablespoonCurry
2Seasoning
4 piecesFresh pepper
1 teaspoonGinger and garlic powder
1cucumber

Cooking Instructions

Boil the spagetti for 10minutes and wash keep aside.

Cut the fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes and onion.heat up the vegetable oil and pour the onion,fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.

Fry for 5minutes,add the curry,Seasoning,salt,ginger and garlic powder fry for 3 more minutes.

1 added 1cup of fish stock i have in the fridge.as is boiling pour in the spagetti and turn with a spartula.

Cover and boil for 5minutes the water in the food didnt dry dont worry leave it after few minutes it will soak up in the spagetti.

Wash and cut the cucumber and serve it with the meal.
