A For the chicken
A1 Dry Ingredients
1Chicken / Chicken thighs
5 tbspCorn Flour
5 tbspRice Flour
Salt to taste / 1-2 tbsp chicken seasoning (or to taste)
A2 Blend
1Big brown/Yellow Onion
5garlic
5dried Chillies - soaked & soften
2" Ginger
2 tbspCurry Powder (opt)
1 tbspground white pepper
B For Yogurt Cucumber
1 Cplain Yogurt
1Big Red Onion - chopped small
2cucumber - deseeded, cubed
3 tbspfinely chopped Coriander
to tasteSalt

Steps

Marinate chicken in A1 & A2 for few hours. Preheat oil. Over medium heat, deep fry chicken until cooked. Avoid frying in overly high heat oil to prevent burn or too low chicken would be soaked in oil.

Mix B & season well. I used salt grinder.
