Wet fry Matumbo

This one of my favourite meat types. It's so cheap and easy to prepare. I remember the first I ate it, it didn't taste good but after eating it several times, I developed a love for it.

Korean Fried Chicken Korean Fried Chicken
I've eaten this so many times, it's possibly my favourite food. Here's my interpretation after eating and cooking several different versions. I prefer a basic raw sauce, but I tried a cooked one which is great as well and slightly more acidic due to ketchup. I included both recipes. RiceCake -

My curry Indian Style My curry Indian Style
I was really into eating out at Indian restaurants, then I wanted to make a curry myself. I experimented several times to come up with this recipe and it's almost perfect!I put "to taste" for most of the powdered spices. 1 teaspoon is the standard and adjust to your liking. Using the cardamon, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper makes the curry richer, but it still tastes good without them. It will taste even better with bone meat. Recipe by Mizukichi cookpad.japan -

Super Tasty Fried Cabbage Super Tasty Fried Cabbage
I was a vegetarian for a long time, and this was the one dish I missed so badly. I cooked it several times, but it has to have the bacon, otherwise it just doesn't work! I'm pretty sure this dish alone pulled me away from staying a vegetarian after about 5 years. Try it out, there's nothing better than fresh cabbage and crispy, smokey bacon ;) Scain -
Rustic hotdog tikki masala Rustic hotdog tikki masala
Sometimes eating hotdogs can be boring. Same ole same ole. So hotdogs are meat so I treat it that way. If you think about it most meat can be substituted for one or another. So I did. I love hotdogs, and I love cuisine of India here is a blend of each. skunkmonkey101
