Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 1/2 litreHot Water
  3. 2 tspSalt
  4. 3 tspSugar
  5. 1/2 litreOil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingridients,sugar,salt and flour sieve together.

    In the sieved flour make a well add hot water slowly and mix using a wooden spoon untill you are able to knead with bare hands. Take care not to use hand at first to avoid getting burned.

    After the dough is in the right consistency add oil and knead once more.

    Cover the dough for 30mins

  5. 5

    Cut it in 4big balls,roll each and brush oil on top,then cut in strips roll the strips to small balls.

    Cook in a hot pan with little oil.
